Home today. On 2nd type of high blood pressure meds (Losarten, was Lisinopril). Sleep interrupted last night with hacking cough and couldn’t fall back to sleep. By 6 in the morning, I was light headed and little dizzy. Didn’t help that my weekend was mostly the same. Trying to do some work from home and struggling a little. Have some old Fifth Gear and VBH for your time.

Side note: the title really should be "Muck Fonday", but I went with "Funday" because not thinking straight on a Monday makes things rightfully come out wrong.

Lisinopril sorted me right out, but dizziness and cough are side affects that some people experience on it.

I’m on Losarten and had the odd cough thing for the first week.  Never had dizziness.  Hang in there!

I’ve been on Losartan for years. Works great for me.

It was the coughing on day one with Lisinopril. Kept me up almost every night.

This is my first week on Losarten, but last night was the coughing. Hopefully for the last time. The dizziness last night was from a severe lack of sleep. The lightheadedness is only  when I suddenly stand up.  It's brief.

With the exception of last night, it works better for me than Lisinopril. But I've only been on it a week.

That cough is a side effect for some people so do mention it if it continues to be a problem.
